PC will have a booth which could contain displays and items for sale (e.g. kakanin, etc)

PC will have a dance number.

3.3 Parent Council at Family Day (Sale of Souvenir Shirt)
PC will identify special participation during the Family Day. PC will try to print 100 pcs of souvenir shirts that will be sold at around P400 to P500 per piece.

2.1 Sale of Special Candles for a) All Souls Day, b) Christmas, c) Valentine’s Day

Special orders of candles are readily available. To be sold at P90 per piece.

2.2 Sale of Special Cookies

This is a highly successful annual activity of the parent council. Kids also join the caroling.

Inquiries will be done at the DENR about the availability and price of the seedlings.

Goal
To instill love of country (and community) among Pail and Shovel kids and parents by involving them in projects and services that uplift the welfare of a community.

Project Details
1.1. Adopt-a-School: Provision of tables and chairs to the Kindergarten Class of Emilio Aguinaldo Elementary School

The Parent Council of last SY was able to buy 12 tables. It was proposed that this SY, the PC could support procurement of 36 chairs (3 chairs per table)

Budget required:
36 chairs x P250 each = P9,000

Target dates:
Nov-Dec 2011

1.2. Tree Planting
With the highly successful and highly appreciated Tree Planting project last SY, this activity was highly recommended. This SY, it is envisioned that parents will be involved as well.

Budget required:
• Seedlings = (from DENR?)
• Transport = (c/o Misc Fees)
